Safety First
All products made/sold by Charms by Joanna are designed as a novelty or for display purposes.
Many of the products are unsuitable for young children due to small parts.
Copyright
The wine glass charms are my own particular design so please DO NOT break the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 by copying them.
Copyright protection covers the use of any photographs taken and published through any form of media by Charms by Joanna. These remain the exclusive property of Charms by Joanna and are not to be used without express permission in writing.
Postage
Items are always sent via 1st class post, if you would like them sent via recorded or tracked post then please contact me for an invoice. Here is a link to the Royal Mail pdf file where you can see postage costs. I endeavour to reuse cardboard boxes where possible for larger orders and use bubble envelopes for small items . To give you an idea, the little boxes I decorate cost £3.75 p&p to post as of 29th March 2017.
Personalized Products
Products are deemed as personalized if they are specific only to the buyer. e.g. name / date etc, or have a picture personal to the buyer.
Items are not personalized until payment has been received in full.
Please allow additional time for all personalized products. Please contact for more information before purchasing.
Once personalized, products are not returnable unless there is a fault.
Made to Order
Many items can be made to order. Any items made to order are deemed available for resale unless it is personalized.
If suitable for resale then the item can be returned as per the Returns Policy.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind, items that have not been personalized can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price. The Refund will be issued once the returned item has been received by Charms by Joanna. Items must be received in the same condition as purchased
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the returns postage, this will not be refunded.
Before returning an item please contact Charms by Joanna in writing stating why you wish to return it. joanna@charmsbyjoanna.co.uk

If you change your mind before the product has been personalized or before postage for all other products, then contact me as soon as possible to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Cancellations/Returns
If you would like to cancel or return your item(s) please email joanna@charmsbyjoanna.co.uk requesting a Cancellation form or to discuss.

This privacy policy sets out how Charms by Joanna uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.
The only information collected about you is what you enter on the contact form or provide voluntarily via email or telephone. This information is never given to anyone else unless specifically requested by you or if we are required by law to do so. I do not hold any details on a database either online or offline.
I occasionally provide offers and information via my blog, you are welcome to subscribe to this blog via Wordpress, you will not receive any other emails/text messages/phone calls unless they are relevant to your enquiry.
You pay through Paypal so your payment details are not given directly to me and you have all of the safeguards provided by them. If you would like to pay by cheque then items will not be posted or personalized until the funds have cleared.
